300 G/m2 Nonwoven Needle Punched Short Fiber Geotextile For Separation

Non woven geotextile is made of polypropylene staple fibers on cross-laying equipment and needle punched equipment. It owns the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, erosion resistance, aging resistance, large strength, stable size, good filtrability etc.

Description:

Production introduction:

Short Fiber Non Woven Geotextile made from PP ( Polypropylene, 5-10 dtex, 65.0 mm, crimps 3.0/25mm ) Staple Fiber by nonwoven needle punched manufacturing process. The mechanical values are 2-3 times than ordinary products. It’s has separation, isolation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection and maintenance etc. functions. Needle punch density of oneway punching is 600-1200 punches per minute, it is adjustable and total 30,000.0 needles, needle penetration depth is 4-12mm.

Advantages:
− High permeability property allows high water flow while having excellent soil retention
− Chemically stable for use in aggressive environments
− Provides excellent cushion protection
− High tensile strength
− Resists to UV rays, temperature extremes and chemicals
− High Performance
− High water permeability and gas permeability
− High tensile strength and tearing resistance
− Aging resistance
− Anti-corrosion

Main features

1) UV resistant

2) High temperature resistance to up to 230℃ maintaining structure stability and original physical properties

3) High flat drainage and vertical permeability

4) High creep resistance

5) Resistance of erosion of chemicals in soil as well as the corrosion of gasoline and diesel etc

6) High elongation under certain stress, thus able to adapt to uneven and irregular bases
