PP Needle Punched Short Fiber Nonwoven Geotextile For Slope Protection

Non woven geotextile is made of polypropylene staple fibers on cross-laying equipment and needle punched equipment. It owns the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, erosion resistance, aging resistance, large strength, stable size, good filtrability etc.

Description:

Production introduction:
Polyester (PET) Geotextiles include fabrics for separation and stabilization, subsurface drainage, filtration and cushioning.
The nonwoven PET geotextiles are applied in roads, drainage, filtration, landscaping embankment, airfields, landfills, sports and
landfills construction projects.

Application characteristics of polyester geotextiles

(1)isolation
The use of polyester staple fiber needle-punched geotextiles has different physical properties (particle size, distribution, consistency and density, etc.)
The building materials (such as soil and sand, soil and concrete, etc.) are isolated. The two or more materials are not lost, are not mixed, and maintain the overall structure and function of the material, so that the bearing capacity of the structure is strengthened.
(2)filter
When water flows from the fine soil layer into the coarse soil layer, the polyester fiber is used to penetrate the geotextile with good gas permeability and water permeability, so that the water flows through, and effectively carries the soil particles, fine sand, small stone, etc. Maintain the stability of water and soil engineering.
