The geogrid is installed in the horizontal layer between the wall layers and extends into the soil behind the wall to stabilize the soil, thereby increasing the quality and stability of the wall system. The geogrid reinforced filling structure uses PP geogrid, which is made by extrusion and unidirectional stretching of high-density polyethylene. The high demand for geogrid and its application in construction is due to its good tensile strength and higher performance.
